Some artists like using new tech gadgets, especially digital photographers, but other artists are more reluctant to do anything artistic with computers or electronic devices. Nonetheless, digital photo frames are a great tool for any artist-tech savvy or not. These frames were made primarily to display people’s digital photos. As digital cameras became more prevalent, people started having more and more digital photos. First, the frame is bright and changes periodically, so it will attract people to your area. Second, someone might see a piece they like that you did not happen to bring. Now, you can arrange to meet them later to possibly sell the piece.
If you are looking for a good frame to use to promote yourself, you should look for a slightly larger frame, twelve to fifteen inches if you can afford it. This is because these frames are even more eye-catching, and they let people see the details of your work. Digital photo frames are relatively easy to use, and you can easily set one up in a few minutes. They are also relatively inexpensive, and you can find a wide variety of frames for less than $100. These two features make these frames great promotional tools, especially for the starving artist.
